At 3.17pm on 24-09-09 I officially became a Grandmother!
My daughter gave birth to a beautiful little baby girl and I am so proud of her.
Labour was long and drawn out over 18 hours, but the final stage came on quickly and she delivered baby without any complications.
We went to the hospital to see daughter and baby last night and took a couple of photos, you can tell which one is mum she looks exhausted, the other picture is of baby's Auntie Em, she doesn't look exhausted!!
Mother and baby are now safely home with us. All going well so far! Mic is most devoted dad ever!!
